WFC AND DRMS DISCRIMINATING AGAINST THE MORGAN PROPERTY AND
• FAMILY IN DOCUMENTS AT THE COURT HOUSE AS WELL AS IN PERMIT-REVISION
#6 AND THE CONCLUSIONS THAT THE DIVISION HAS COME TO.
(1) MRCS letters and documentation for specific pieces of property being used to cover entire
permit area instead of the areas that the letters were specifically written for.
(2) DRMS taking letters and statements out of context and using them against the Morgans
(3)WFC continuously falsifying information and documents to try and prove our property, our
prime farmland is not prime and there is not enough irrigation water available which is all lies.
(A) The Operator must LEASE or provide other WATER sources to reclaim the property
in full production once it is-MINED. ALL PRIME FARMLANDS MUST BE PUT BACK IN
FULL PRODUCTION!!! DRMS LAWS AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT LAWS!!
(4) WFC letters stating that the property will be put back in its entirety to PRIME FARMLAND
(5)DRMS statements that it will be put back to PRIME FARMLAND then DRMS tries to help
WFC NOT put it back
(6) DRMS has not read all of our letters and if they have they have taken them with a grain of salt
• and they have denied us any real authority.
MDRMS has only accepted what comes from NRCS as fact which NRCS only can provide them
with information and data based on the information and data that they are given. NRCS are not
farmers and don't pretend to be. Their jobs are to provide accurate and true information to be
used for GUIDELINES. THIS INFORMATION IS ONLY GUIDELINES BASED ON YEARS
OF EXPERIMENTS AND ARE ESTIMATES!! M! NRCS SAYS ASK THE FARMER.
(8)NO one ask us. AND if they do, they throw it out the window
(9)WE ARE THE FARMERS ! ! ! ! This place has been historically irrigated for 50 years and in
full production. DRMS states and documents that we have no proof! If this isn't discrimination,
I don't know what is!!!
(I O)DRMS states that even after all of the letters and being told that this is Prime Farm land,
they still insist on putting just a portion of it back because of lack of irrigation water. This is
discrimination and DRMS lacks the knowledge to even know what is happening here. The
MORGAN PROPERTY WILL NEVER BE PUT INTO DRYLAND, NONE OF IT. It was all
irrigated and cropped and it is by DRMS definition PRIME FARM LAND and it will be put
back as such. The LAW will see to that. I will again be contacting Govern Ritter and ask him to
please get involved because even in the DIRECTORS letter, the truth was not told.
