ARTICLE 33 (11) Whoever knowingly makes any false statement, representation, or certification <br />or knowingly fails to make any statement, representation, certification in any application, record, <br />• REPORT, PLAN, or other DOCUMENT filed or required to be maintained pursuant to this <br />article or any order or decision issued by the board or OFFICE under this article shall upon <br />conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than ten thousand dollars, or by <br />imprisonment for not more than one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br />Federal Law under Reclamation Act of 1977. Any operator or applicant who willingly and <br />knowingly provides false information on any document, report, plan, permit, application, <br />revision, or fails to provide information on any document, report, plan, permit, revision, or <br />application is subject to a fine, imprisonment, or both. <br />We believe that WFC , specifically Ross Gubka, Chief Engineer has done this in Permit-Revision <br />#6, as well as in other documents provided to the Division and the public to deliberately <br />discriminate against the Morgans and myself and other farmers so that WFC does not have to put <br />farmlands back as they were. During my speech at the meeting of February 18, 2010, I will <br />address these issues and prove beyond a doubt that this is happening and has happened numerous <br />times. Permit- Revision #6 needs to be withdrawn and rewritten and all the lies and false <br />information provided in the documents of TR57, Permit-Renewal #S, TR-49, and Permit- <br />Revision #6 needs to be changed to reflect accurate and true facts rather a bunch of lies and <br />falsehoods. We will never accept Permit Revision #6 as it is written until true statements are put <br />in place of all the lies and we will continue to protest this revision and if it means going to <br />Denver or to the Federal Government, that is what we will do until these lies are eliminated. We <br />. will not permit these inaccuracies and lies to be of a permanent nature or to be available for <br />public viewing until they reflect the truth. If DRMS would like to know how each and every <br />FARMER has done their place, they need to ASK the Farmer.
