There is no <br />current plan to add a definition for this term in the regulations. <br />Comment 11: It is recommended that sections e, f, and g be removed as they address handling and <br />disposal of biosolids and is inappropriate in this permit. <br />Response: The sections were removed as they do not apply to construction dewatering. <br />Raymond Nalepa <br />October 1, 2006 <br />Rcvised 2/222010
