Sheriff's Department concerning Morgan Sand and Gravel, Inc.
3. There is no appeal process for the affected land owner with your division. Only the Operator
has an appeal right on a decision handed down by your Board. That point was made evident at
the public comment hearing in January, 2010. The only recourse that the Longacres have with
this decision is to file a civil suit. Where is the accountability of the Board to the effected land
owner and what duty does the Board when it directs an Operator to remediate its own problem?
The Longacres have pictures that should be presented for review that show the trespass and the
damage done to the land at the bequest of the Board.
The Longacres have requested another inspection of the work performed by Morgan Sand and
Gravel, Inc. The Longacres would like to be present if such and inspection is forthcoming.
We will see what the spring rains will unearth this time on the Morgan Sand and Gravel, Inc. site.
A£the.Division_can_pro_vide_any-ans_wers_ to-th?--- ornments I have proposed, I wouldgreatly_
appreciate an answer.
Si erel ,
Patrick A.
