Topsoil <br /> Topsoil piles observed were marked with appropriate signage. Piles were snow covered with no <br /> problems noted. The large topsoil pile North of A-pit has been shaped to provide adequate runoff. <br /> Areas that have been retopsoiled were not inspected due to snow cover. <br /> General Mine Plan Compliance <br /> The Molly Brown dragline was working in the Q Seam on the K-Ridge pit. The truck/loader is also <br /> working at the east end of the K-Ridge pit. No problems were noted. <br /> Slides and Damage <br /> No damage or evidence of movement was observed during the inspection. <br /> Excess Spoil and Development Waste <br /> Spoil continues to be placed in the Horse Gulch Fill in lifts. The benches are being cleared of snow <br /> and ripped to ensure infiltration to the underdrain system as permitted. No problems were noted with <br /> the Horse Gulch Fill at the time of the inspection.
