APPENDIX A
DRMS Form 2 Public
GEOLYNX LLC
Crampton Project
Proposed Action
Introduction
GeoLynx LLC (GLL) proposes to conduct exploratory drilling on Federal lands, claimed by
GLL and managed by the U.S. Bureau of Land Management, located about 16 miles northwest
of Canon City, Fremont County, Colorado. The proposed action consists of boring 5 air rotary
hole and is intended to obtain information about historic drill-indicated mineralization and
mineral trends. The proposed drill holes (CR-PDH-A. through CR-PDH-E) are located in T17S,
R72W, 6th Prime Meridian. The proposed drill sites are located on or near an existing road. The
sites will be accessed from existing dirt roads (1400 ft) and old 2-track drill road access (100 ft).
Construction (e.g. physical disturbance) of new access roads will not occur.
Site and Claim Information
The specific claims affected by the proposed action are:
Claim Name Serial Number Legal Land Description
Confidential
Starting Date and Duration
Drilling is proposed to start by May, 2010. The actual date will depend on permitting, weather,
field conditions and drill rig availability constraints. The actual field drill program duration
should be about 10 days.
Pre-Drilling Surveys
GeoLynx LLC will have a third-party archeological survey conducted of the drill sites and access
trails if requested by the BLM. The archeologist will hold the appropriate licenses to conduct
such a survey. Given the small size of the program, no other pre-drilling surveys such as
wildlife, or endangered species, are planned. The archeological survey results will be submitted
under a separate cover.
