SO-01 <br />Dear Mrs. Gonzales, <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety have evaluated the Financial Warranty <br />amount for the above referenced mine. The amount of Financial Warranty that needs to be held <br />for this site is $85,500.00. <br />Within 60 days of the date on this letter (April 26th, 2010), please submit the Financial Warranty <br />of $85,500.00 and the Performance Warranty in order to approve the succession of operator. <br />Enclosed with this document is the Performance Warranty form. There are many choices in the <br />type of Financial Warranty one can submit.
