Martin <br />Executive Director <br />Dear Mr. Pyles: <br />On February 24, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on February 17, 2010, addressing the following: <br />The placement of a 'scale house near the access to the property <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 5 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1992- <br />009. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1992-009 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $37,613.00 exceeds the $35,310.00 performance bond currently held. If you have not <br />already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $2,303.00.
