On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, following is a partial <br />response to the DRMS' comments and concern. <br />3. BRL has instructed the USGS to obtain flow data in the winter. They did <br />collect flow information for both stations on March 2007. Hubbard Creek <br />(D34-14) had a flow of 13 cfs and Terror Creek (D32-4) had a flow of 75.8 <br />cfs. BRL has not received the late 2007 flow data. <br />4. The requested changes were made to the subsidence section. A complete <br />subsidence section is enclosed even though only a few pages were <br />amended. <br />6. Page 2.05-78 was amended to state that seep monitoring and reporting will <br />be on a monthly basis until it is established that the development mining <br />beneath Hubbard Creek is not affecting the creek. <br />13. The requested changes were made to the subsidence section. <br />15. The requested changes were made to the subsidence section. <br />23. The requested changes were made to the subsidence section. <br />24. A pre-subsidence survey is enclosed. The document should be inserted into <br />Volume IIIA, Exhibit 22. <br />29. BRL responded to the USDA-FS letter dated February 22, 2007 by its letter <br />dated May 7, 2007.
