On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, following is a partial
response to the DRMS' comments and concern.
3. BRL has instructed the USGS to obtain flow data in the winter. They did
collect flow information for both stations on March 2007. Hubbard Creek
(D34-14) had a flow of 13 cfs and Terror Creek (D32-4) had a flow of 75.8
cfs. BRL has not received the late 2007 flow data.
4. The requested changes were made to the subsidence section. A complete
subsidence section is enclosed even though only a few pages were
amended.
6. Page 2.05-78 was amended to state that seep monitoring and reporting will
be on a monthly basis until it is established that the development mining
beneath Hubbard Creek is not affecting the creek.
13.
