10. There are three locations in the permit application text where the words "panels B-12 and <br />B-13" should be changed to "panel B-11." The first is on page 2.05-108 and the other two <br />are located in the subsidence monitoring table on page 2.05-123. Please provide revised <br />permit application pages. <br />11. On proposed Map 27, please label which longwall panels are 813, 913, l OB and 11 B. <br />Agency and Public Responses <br />11. In a letter dated April 14, 2008, the Division forwarded three comment letters to BRL <br />concerning the PR-11 submittal. Attached to this adequacy review letter are copies of the <br />same letters. <br />A. Letter from the Colorado Division of Water Resources (Denver Office) dated <br />February 20, 2008. <br />B. Letter from the Colorado Historical Society dated February 20, 2008. <br />C. Letter from the Terror Ditch and Reservoir Company dated March 3, 2008. <br />Additional comment letters from other governmental agencies are expected and will be <br />forwarded to BRL when received.
