MANAGEMENT <br />The DRMS' letter dated June 12, 2008 transmitted its adequacy response for the referenced <br />permit revision. On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, following are its responses to the DRMS' <br />comments and concerns. <br />1. No response required. <br />2. No response required. Bowie will appear before the Water Quality Control Division to <br />have the perched and coal aquifers classified as "Limited Use and Quality'. DRMS <br />did not respond to the statement that the Rollins Sandstone wll not be impacted by <br />the mine workings on amended page 2.05-75ii. <br />3. Partial response presented in letter dated January 30, 2008. The remaining data are <br />presented in the 2007 annual hydrology report. Upper Terror Creek (D32=4) had a <br />flow of 1.1 cfs on November 6, 2007. Upper Hubbard Creek (D34-14) had a flow of <br />6.3 cfs on October 31, 2007. <br />4. The requested changes were made to the subsidence section and section 2.04.7(3). <br />A complete subsidence section is enclosed even though only a few pages were <br />amended. <br />5.
