Joe - I've finally been able to put some time into revising our letter regarding PR-10 and the Bruce Park Dam
monitoring program. Attached is my latest draft of the letter. It essentially says both the landslide and dam
monitoring programs are acceptable and address out concerns. Let me know if this looks acceptable and I will
finalize the letter.

from you yet.
