Attached is my latest draft of the letter. It essentially says both the landslide and dam monitoring programs are acceptable and address out concerns. Let me know if this looks acceptable and I will finalize the letter. This e-mail concerns Bowie No. 2 Permit Revision No. 10. The last time we talked, you had e-mailed me a draft copy of your response letter dated June 6, 2008. In an e- mail dated June 9, 2008, you said that you would get the letter out soon. I don't believe we received the letter from you yet. We received a submittal dated June 25, 2008 from Jim Stover on Bowie's behalf and you were copied on their submittal. We are close to wrapping up the issues concerning the Bruce Park Dam and Reservoir. The only issues we have left are your comments and issues concerning downgradient monitoring wells. Were you able to get that letter out and did you have time to review Bowie's June 25, 2008 submittal? Thanks! 8/12/2008
