Preliminary <br />review of the information received determined that the following items must be received before the Division can <br />consider your request as being submitted and technical review can begin: <br />• Per Rule 1.9.1, a technical revision is considered filed when the submittal includes the appropriate fee. <br />Please submit the fee of $175.00 to this office. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical deficiencies in your application.
