Our vibration <br />monitoring seismographs are specialty <br />designed to monitor ground motion and noise induced by blasting, pile driving, <br />hoe-ram work and other heavy equipment. Recording instruments can be <br />setup to monitor vibrations continuously, or in periodic intervals. All data can be <br />retrieved onsite or remotely. <br />PreSeisTek, Inc. takes extra initiative to make property owners comfortable by contacting <br />them in advance, scheduiiI g, and educating them about the project, improving relations <br />between all parties. These) distinctive steps in the survey process have led us to achieve <br />an outstanding survey cQmpletiion rate at 99x5. <br />PreSeisTek, Inc. offers p ject-specific brochures that inform property owners about the <br />project, provide education about damage controls and criteria, monitoring protections, and <br />the benefits of allowing prorperty condition inspections by thW"arty professionals- This <br />form of property-owner education is a pre-emptrve risk management method proven <br />to reduce claims. <br />Interior and Exterior Pronertv Condition Survevs <br />Surveys include a professionally prepared bound report with a typed summary of all observed conditions, <br />photograph sheets and DVD copies of each structure surveyed- Our compulsively detailed and professionally <br />trained crews record the condition of concrete slabs, foundations, siding, roofs, brickwork, drywall, plaster, and <br />more. All components are carefully studied and documented with date-stamped 35-mm photographs and recorded <br />on digital video tape. <br />Buildina Relationships <br />As soon as we make contact with property owners whether at a community meeting or when we call to schedule <br />the survey our goal is to ease fears, answer questions, create good will in the community, and assist in <br />building the type of relationship you need with property owners.
