Cattany <br />FROM: Division Director <br />/Joe Dudash Natural Resource Trustee <br />RE: Bowie No. 2 Mlne, Permit Number C-1996-0839 Bowie Resources LLC <br />Technical Revision No. 46, New Juniper Woodland Vegetation <br />Report, Third Adequacy Review Memo <br />In a submittal dated May 2, 2008 and received at the Division on May 5, 2008, Bowie <br />Resources LLC (BRL) has responded to the Division's adequacy review letter dated <br />September 21, 2007 for Technical Revision No. 46 (TR-46). The Division had four <br />adequacy review questions in our original adequacy review letter. Items one, two and <br />three were from Dan's memo dated January 24, 2007. Item number four came from <br />Sandy. BRL resolved items numbered one and three in their submittal dated April 26, <br />2007. <br />I am requesting Dan's assistance in the review of BRL's responses to item number two <br />and I am requesting Sandy's assistance in the review of item number four. <br />The decision due date for TR-46 is June 30, 2008. If I could get your adequacy memos <br />back by June 9, I would appreciate it. As a note, I will be on vacation from June 13 <br />through June 30. <br />I have placed one complete copy of the TR-46 submittal dated May 2, 2008 in each of <br />your Denver mail boxes. If you need any other information or more review time, please <br />let me know.
