He said now the gob vent bore holes are on Forest Service land. I had assumed that the
Federal leases included gob vent bore holes, but I guess not.
I assume TR-52 does not require a mine plan modification. Please let me know. Thanks!
From: Ryan Z Taylor [mai Ito: rztaylor@fs.fed. us]
Sent: Tuesday, January 15, 2008 10:25 PM
To: Dudash, Joe
Subject: Bowie TR-52 (GVBs)
Hi Joe,
Hope things are going well! I have a question for you..we're currently working out some of the pre-NEPA strategy items for
Bowies GVB proposal, I think it was TR-52 (i'm out of the office and working off memory).
Does the Division forsee the operation as being a "mine plan modification", something that will require additional approvals
from OSM?
Just wondering as we start on the NEPA stuff!
Thanks,
Ryan
4/16/2008
