Martin. <br />Executive Director <br />Re: Reese-Logan Sand & Gravel Pit, Permit No. M-1996-050, Amendment Approval, Revision No. AM-01 <br />Dear Mr. Reese: <br />On February 16, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Amendment application submitted to <br />the Division on November 18, 2009, addressing the following: <br />Approve revision to permit 9.9 acres, with updates of mining and reclamation plan. Well Permit and SWSP <br />approval pending from S. E. O. <br />The terms of Amendment 01'approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1996-050. All other <br />conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1996-050 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $17,500.00 exceeds the $6,925.00 performance bond currently held. If you have not <br />already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $10,575.00.
