A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and swat be installed on your computer in order to use a DBMS imaging CD <br />the feat time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. <br />2. The CD or DVD that you purchase 11w be in the . A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3. The CD will contain files with the Alf extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for.tif files on your computer that <br />will handle single and multi-page documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture <br />and Fax Viewer" or "PaW and they do not with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows V computers <br />does work. DRMS has determined that a program called "IrfanView", which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work with <br />QuickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be c; guyed as your default.tif viewer. DBMS does not support or endorse <br />thin software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as <br />"Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". <br />Instructions: <br />1. Insert the CD into your computer. NOTE: A program called QuickView Autorun, which runs the QuickView <br />2. Allow time for the CD to install. setup prognum, has "been copied to this CD. If the Autoiua program <br />3. Eject the CD from the computer. does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView grogram <br />4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. Instructions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request <br />5.
