No.: Coal Loadout Sediment Pond #1 <br />Inspection Period: Third Quarter 2009 <br />Inspection Date: October 20, 2009 <br />General Description or Reference to Site Plan: <br />This pond is located at the east end of the remote coal loadout facility. The facility is inactive. <br />EMBANKMENT <br />1). Adequacy of the vegetative cover. <br />2). Erosion forming Gullies: <br />3). Is wave action causing erosion: <br />On the Upstream embankment? <br />At the principal spillway inlet? <br />4).
