It is a sediment control <br />facility receiving run-off'from the refuse disposal area. The primary discharge gate has been disabled <br />in the open position, ensuring that the pond functions as a "pass-through" facility. <br />EMBANKMENT <br />1). Adequacy of the vegetative cover: <br />2). Erosion forming Gullies: <br />• 3).
