with audible sirens and strobe light alarm systems, radio equipment, solar panels and batteries.
<br />Each borehole and GPS station is continuously monitored with an automatic data acquisition
<br />system which can be viewed from a dedicated website in real time. Section 3.3.3, pages 3-27a and
<br />3-27b of the permit have been revised to reflect the change in monitoring. Figure 3.3.3-1,
<br />Monitoring Station Locations, has been added. As monitoring sites are mined through, they will
<br />either be eliminated or moved. A reclamation liability calculation for these four sites has been
<br />included.
<br />Other: Other minor housekeeping type items are also included. Map M 12, sheet 1 was revised to
<br />incorporate small changes in post mining topography in D pit. Maps M I OA, sheets 1 and 2 and
<br />MIOB, sheets 1 and 2 were also revised to reflect updated information. Table 3.1-2 on page 3-11
<br />was updated to show current equipment numbers. Page i-14 was also updated.
<br />Reclamation Liability: Backfilling and topsoil replacement costs for the worst case year of 2012
<br />were not affected by the change in sequence as evidenced by attached, revised tables 4.9-3 and
<br />4.9-4. These tables reflect changes due to the latest annual report data as well as the revised
<br />sequence. As mentioned above, changes in liability did result from the additional roads and the
<br />new monitoring system. The total amount of this increase is $61,744 including indirect: costs. A
<br />sheet for inclusion in Appendix A that shows the calculation of the liability increase is included in
<br />this revision. Trapper's new liability will total $29,262,968. Trapper currently holds a reclamation
<br />bond of $30,099,557.
