EMERGENCY RESPONSE UNITS: SERVICES, CONTACTS AND <br />PROCEDURES <br />The following is a list of the emergency response entities that are available to <br />serve the quarry and the roads leading to the quarry. This list is prepared to supplement <br />the list of emergency situations that have been identified. Contact names, addresses, <br />telephone numbers, services available, and jurisdiction or coverage are listed for each <br />entity. <br />Any accident or injury which occurs on the quarry property (including accident or <br />injury involving tourists or visitors) must be reported to the Mine Safety and Health <br />Administration and the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology. See Page 1 for <br />required telephone numbers. <br />Medical Emergency and Evacuation Contacts <br />The following entities are available to provide emergency medical response and or <br />evacuation service to the quarry and transportation corridors. Contact should generally <br />follow the order of presentation shown on the lists, subject to a common sense evaluation <br />of the nature of the need. <br />1. The fire protection <br />district has a trained Emergency Medical Technician. <br />2.
