Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DRMS) has finished the review process for the above <br />referenced 110c application. The application now appears to meet all the requirements of the Act and <br />Rules. Wagner Rock has accepted the reclamation liability estimate of $9,700.00 calculated by DRMS. <br />Therefore staff is pleased to inform Wagner Rock that the application for the Wagner Pit is approved. <br />In order for the permit to become active properly executed Financial and Performance Warranties must <br />be accepted by DRMS. Please submit a financial warranty in the amount of $9,700.00 and the <br />performance warranty to the Division's Administrative Assistant, Elizabeth Merry in the Denver Office. <br />Any questions regarding the warranties should be directed to Elizabeth at 303-866-3567, ext. 8148.
