The proposed mine is known as the Spring Creek Gravel Pit, and is located at or near Section 13, Township 49N+, Range 10W, 6th Prime Me- ridian. The proposed date of commencement is Janu- ary 1, 2017, and the pro- posed date of completion is December 31, 2031. The proposed future use of the land is range land.
