{ii) In order to protect structures and renewable resource lands within the permit and <br />• adjacent area, the Division, after consultation with the permittee, shall suspend underground coal minine under <br />structures of renewable resource lands, if imminent dancer of material subsidence damage or diminution of <br />reasonabh~ foreseeable use is determined to exist. <br />(e) A subsidence survey, prepared by appropriately qualified professionals in accord with the <br />current state-of-the-art of subsidence prediction technology, shall contain the following information: <br />{i) A detailed description of subsidence predicted to occur within the permit and <br />adiacent area, including: <br />(A) A brief description of the planned milting methods: <br />(B) A brief description of geologic properties which influence subsidence <br />occurrence, such as rock mechanics character of the affected materials, geologic structure of the affected materials, <br />faulting and fracturing of the involved geologic section and permit, and adiacent area topography; <br />occurrence, if any: <br />(C) A brief description of local mining experience concerning subsidence <br />(D) A detailed description of subsidence related phenomena predicted to occur <br />within [hc pcrmit and adiacent area; <br />• adiacent area; and <br />showing: <br />and adiacent area; <br />(I) Any existing subsidence features which exist within the permit <br />(II) The extent of the proposed mine workings; <br />(III) The ground surface areal extent of an area determined by the <br />Qroiection of the angle-of-draw, if predicted pursuant to Section 2.05.6(6)(e)(i)(e) or 45 decrees. if no prediction is <br />made by the applicant, from the limits of the proposed mine workings to the ground surface: and <br />within [he permit and adiacent area. <br />(IV) The areal extent of predicted subsidence related phenomena <br />(ii) A detailed description of material subsidence damage or diminution of reasonably <br />foreseeable use of structures and renewable resource lands which could result from the occurrence of subsidence <br />related phenomena predicted in accordance with Section 2.05.6(6)(e)(i)(D) within the permit and adiacent area, <br />including consideration of [he following: <br />(A) Material subsidence damage means, with respect to structures, changes <br />• which make it technologically or economically infeasible to promptly restore the affected structures to the <br />condition they would be in if subsidence had not occurred. <br />(E) The angle-of-draw predicted to be characteristic of the permit and <br />(F) Appropriate maps, prepared according to [he standards of Section 2.10. <br />M R 97- I ~4 2.05- 192 9/9/97 <br />
