The stability of these <br />existing structures have been proven by their successful use <br />over the past 20 years. <br />(iii) Natural drainages. <br />A 30 inch culvert was placed under the train loadout access <br />road at the one natural drainage that crosses the train loadout <br />and stockpile permit area. <br />(iv) Culvert protection. <br />The inlets of all culverts at drainage intersections of both haul <br />roads and access roads are protected in accordance with the <br />requirements of 4.03.1(4)(e)(iii) and 4.O3.2(4)(e)(v). <br />(v) Measures used to ensure that the interests of the public and <br />landowners are protected if: <br />(A) Surface mining facilities within 100 feet of a public right <br />of way: <br />Surface mining facilities do exist within 100 feet of a <br />public right of way.
