r PUBLIC NOTICE <br />! Seneca Coal Company, 37796 Routt County Road 53, P.O. Box 670, Hayden, Colorado 81639, has <br />filed with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, a Technical Revision (No.45) to <br />the Yoast Mine, Permit C-94-082. This technical revision provides an update to the Adjudication File <br />(Tab 3). <br />The general legal description of the Yoast Mine Permit Area is described as: <br />T6N, R87W <br />Section 28: Portions of NW/4, NW14 SW/4, SW/4 NE/4 <br />Section 29: Portions of SE/4 <br />Section 32: Portions of NW/4 NE/4, W/2 E/2 <br />T5N. R87W <br />Section 5: Portions of W/2 E/2 <br />Section 8: Portions of NW/4, SW/4, W/2 NE14, and W/2 SEA <br />Section 16: SW/4 NW/4, NW/4 SW14. and portions of SW14 SW/4, <br /> NW/4 NW/4, SFJ4 NW/4, NEA SW/4, and SWA SE/4 <br />Section 17: All <br />Section 18: NEA SE/4, S/2 SE/4 <br />Section 19: E/2 and portions of E/2 W/2 <br />Section 20: SWA NW/4, N/2 NW/4, W/2 SW14 and portions of N/2 NE/4 <br />Section 29: NW/4 NW/4 <br />Section 30: S/2 NW14 <br />All west of the 6th Principal Meridian; totaling 2,318.3 acres. <br />Legal owners of record of the surface of the permit area are: <br />Carroll Family Land LLLP <br />Hallenbeck, Dennis A. and Laurie L. <br />Hockett Fames, Inc. <br />Patrick, John <br />Public Service Company of Colorado <br />Sage Creek Holdings LLC <br />20 Mile Sheep LLC <br />USA <br />The Yoast Mine is located approximately 8.5 miles southeast of the Town of Hayden, Colorado. The <br />USGS 7.5 Minute Quadrangle Maps of Dunckley and Mt. Harris, Colorado, contain the described <br />permit area. No change in land use is associated with this revision. <br />A copy of the complete technical revision is available for public inspection at the Hayden Public <br />Library, 225 E.
