We believe the <br />Pickering Family LLC owns the fence. According to the MLR law your signature on this agreement must be <br />notarized. <br />Flintstone Gravel & Trucking, Inc. agrees to reimburse Pickering Family LLC for any damage done to the fence <br />as a result of the proposed mining operation.
