Cattany <br /> <br />Loveland <br />CO 80538 Division Director <br />, Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Arkins Park Quarries, Permit No. ivi-1985-212, Technical Revision Approval, Revision No. TR-2 <br />Dear Ms. Sprague: <br />On February 4, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on January 28, 2010, addressing the following: <br />Weed control plan to address Dose Knapweed. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 2 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1985- <br />212. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1985-212 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $156,245.00 exceeds the $50,000.00 performance bond currently held.
