Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Foidel Creek Mine, Permit No. C1982-056, TR70 Request for Decision Extension to February 19, 2010 <br />Dear Mr. Nettleton: <br />On February 3, 2010 Twentymile Coal Company (TCC) submitted a request, via e-mail, to extend the <br />proposed decision date for Technical Revision No. 70 (TR70). The Division reviewed the TR70 application <br />and sent two adequacy letters to TCC on January 11, and 13, 2010. TCC has mailed responses to the <br />Division's adequacy concerns and is requesting adequate time to allow the Division to receive and review <br />TCC's responses. TCC has requested that the proposed decision date for TR70 be extended to February 19, <br />2010. The Division concurs with this request.
