Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: 120th Estates Sand and Gravel Mine, Permit No. M-2001-085, Amendment Approval, Revision No. AM-4 <br />Dear Mr. Ewegen: <br />On February 2, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Amendment application submitted to <br />the Division on November 4, 2009, addressing the following: <br />Change reclamation plan from slurry wall to clay liner. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 4 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2001-085. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-2001-085 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $585,900.00 exceeds the $435,500 performance bond currently held. If you have not <br />already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $150,400.00.
