The operator has recently graded the RDA access road along its entire length, improving
both the road surface and the adjacent drainage ditch. (shown below).

Development Waste
The operator is temporarily
stockpiling material cleaned
from pond 8 on a coal stockpile
area between Highway 12 and
the Purgatoire River(shown
right). This material remains
wet and is currently frozen due
to the persistent cold
temperatures. As previously
mentioned, permitting of a new
development waste pile is
necessary in the near future.
