Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Twentymile Coal Company (TCC) submitted NPDES Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the fourth <br />Quarter 2009, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS permit no. CO-0042161on <br />February 1, 2010. <br />Outfall 001A/001 W/MON1 (site 115) did not discharge during the fourth quarter. <br />Outfall 002A flowed each week of October and November. The piping for the outfall froze in December, <br />so no discharge was recorded in December. TCC personnel have place stock tank heaters over the head <br />gate to thaw the ice blockage. One exceedance was reported for 30-day average for BOD 5-day in October <br />2009.
