Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division received Twentymile Coal Company's (TCC) Fourth Quarter 2009 DMR for Colorado <br />Department of Public Health and Environment Permit No. CO-0036684 on February 1, 2010. Outfall <br />001A discharged each week of October and November, and the first week of December. Previous WET <br />test failure in October 2009 initiated the operator to conduct accelerated testing. These subsequent tests <br />passed for WET tests. No other exceedances were reported. <br />Thank you for the prompt submittal of the report.
