Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Twentymile Coal Company (TCC) submitted NPDES Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for December <br />2009 and Fourth Quarter 2009, for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS <br />permit no. CO-0027154 on February 1, 2010. According to TCC's report, only two outfalls; 005A (Pond <br />D) and 008A (Pond G), discharged during December 2009. No parameter exceedances were reported for <br />either outfall during December. <br />The report also provided quarterly information for the outfalls within this permit (CO-0027154). Outfall <br />003A (Pond B) also discharged during the quarter. No other outfalls discharged during fourth quarter <br />2009. TCC conducted WET tests for outfall 005W. This WET test passed for Ceriodaphnia dubia. <br />The reports are in compliance with Rule 4.15.13(2)(iii).
