The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The site does not have a permit sign posted at the main entrance. Rule 3.1.12(1) requires 2 / 15 /10 <br />the Operator to post a sign at the entrance of the mine site, which shall be visible from the <br />access road. <br />PB or PV: P_.B_ <br />TOPIC(S): --?U <br />Corrective actions are to: <br />The Operator shall post a permit sign at the entrance to the mine site. The sign shall contain <br />the name of the Operator, a statement that a reclamation permit for the operation has been <br />issued by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, and the permit number. The sign <br />shall be posted on or before February 15, 2010 and proof of compliance shall be submitted <br />by the same date. Proof of compliance may be in the form of photographs.
