Until the clay liners have been approved by the SEO the operator will need to submit a <br />financial warranty to cover the cost to replace the clay liner. <br />2.) Please submit a new reclamation plan map that meets the requirements of Rule 6.2.1 (2) and Rule <br />6.4.6. <br />a. Delineate the current approved permit boundary <br />b. Show the name of the applicant. <br />c. Please have it signed by a registered land surveyor, professional engineer or other qualified <br />person who will prepare the map. <br />d. Give the date the new map was prepared. <br />e. Include a proper scale and ensure the map is drawn to a scale no large than 1 inch =50 feet or <br />smaller than 1 inch = 660 feet. <br />f. Include an appropriate legend, map title, and north arrow. <br />g. Please show the expected physical appearance of the affected land. The map must show the <br />proposed topography of the site with contour lines of sufficient detail to portray the direction <br />and rate of slope of all reclaimed lands. <br />h. Please portray the proposed land use for each portion of the affected lands.
