This being said, the State Land Board is
now the owner of this parcel of land. We are currently in the process of incorporating this
parcel into our existing lease with the State Land Board. I have enclosed a copy of the map
showing the area that is affected. The mining plan, reclamation plan and all other provisions
of the permit for this parcel will remain the same as the previous plan that is already in place.
The only item that is affected with this change in ownership will be who is in receipt of the
royalty-payments. - - -
Please update your records as appropriate and let me know if you need additional
information regarding this change.
If you have any questions you may contact Joyce Pavetti at 719 269 1173 or myself at 719
275 6746.
Sincerely,
Rick Bohnenkamp
Quarry Manager
205 Tunnel Drive Canon City, CO 81212
719-269-1173 719-269-1148 (Fax)
Equal Opportunity Employer
