PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Wagner Rock, LLC, whose address and telephone number is: 96400 E. Hwy 40 Craig, Colorado 81625, <br />(970) 629 -2258, has filed an application for a Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of <br />Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Wagner Pit and is located on the Wagner <br />Property, (AKA Parcel 2) at the S/2 of the NE/4, Section 6, Township 6 N., Range 90 W, of the 6`h <br />Colorado Principal Meridian, Moffat County, Colorado on a 8.2 acre site. The proposed date of completion <br />is Fifteen (15) years after the completion and issue of all State of Colorado and Moffat County permits. <br />The current land use is for General Agriculture and the proposed future use of the land is for General <br />Agriculture. <br />Additional information and the tentative and final decision date may be obtained from the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado, 80203, (303) 866-3567, or at <br />the Moffat County Clerk and Recorders office, 221 W. Victory Way, Craig, Colorado, 81625, or the above <br />named applicant. A complete copy of the application will be available at the above named County Clerk <br />and Recorder's office and at the Division's office. <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be received by the Division <br />of Minerals and Geology by 4:00 p.m. on XXX XX, 2008 (and/or 10 days following the day/date of the last <br />and final publication of the Public Notice in a local publication ...ie. The Craig Daily Press). <br />"In the case of a 110 Limited Impact Permit Application, such written comments, protests, and petitions <br />for a /tearing must be received by the Office not more than ten (10) days (calendar) after the last date for <br />the newspaper publication of notice of application provided for in Rules 1.6.2(1)(d) and 1.6.3(3)."
