Hwy. 40 Craig, CO 81625 <br />Phone & Fax (970) 824-2709 <br />WagnerCorpColo@aol.com <br />EXHIBIT C - MINING PLAN <br />RE ('s"' E -E-, <br />JAN 19 2010 <br />GRAND JUNCI cjw FIELD OFFICE <br />DIVI&ON OF <br />RECLAMATION MINING & SAFETY <br />WAGNER PIT / Addendum <br />• Topsoil from the mine excavation will be stockpiled for reclamation <br />activities and stored at the highest point alone and within the perimeter <br />of the excavation, posted and marked by green FT posts assuring the <br />buffer area from excavation. <br />• The stockpiled Topsoil piles will be sloped to a 3 to 1 angle and <br />revegatated with a pasture land seed mix called premium pasture mix <br />as available locally and in accordance with DRM&S specifications 20.0 <br />REVEGETATION. <br />• Topsoil removal will run concurrent with mining efforts. Limited areas <br />will be stripped upon need and cordoned from livestock access. No <br />livestock will be allowed on the disturbed, permitted site until permit <br />release by the DRMS <br />• Seed bed preparation consisting of discing to eliminate compacted <br />conditions, drill seeding and fertilizing of topsoil will be conducted <br />annually as mining operations progress. <br />• Overburden excavated from the pit will be replaced in the pit and at the <br />toe of the excavation to a slope of 3 to 1. Overall excavated depth will <br />be around 15' with approximately 4' of overburden replaced. Post <br />mine depth may be around 11' to 15'. <br />• Gravel resources will be processed, screened or crushed at the site. <br />No Asphalt production will be conducted within the permit boundary <br />without further approved technical revision. <br />• No permanent manmade structures will be installed during mining and <br />no features will remain for post mined land use. <br />• No blasting or use of any explosive devices will be utilized in the <br />mining operation. <br />• In accordance with rule 3.1.13, the mine operator, Wagner Rock LLC <br />will comply with the requirements for spill reporting as outlined in this <br />rule. <br />RECENED <br />FEB 01 2010 <br />Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety
