Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Powder Wash Pit #66, Permit No. M-2005-006, Compliance with Board Order MV-2009-041 <br />Dear Mr. Mack: <br />On January 7, 2010, the Mined Land Reclamation Board signed an order in regard to the violation of failure <br />to protect areas from damage outside the approved affected area for the above referenced permit. This <br />letter is to verify that Moffat County has completed the corrective action of amending the permit area to <br />include the 0.7 acres of access road and paid the civil penalty of $100.00 as directed. Therefore, the matter <br />is considered abated and closed.
