Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division has completed its Midterm Permit Review of the King I and II Mines. <br />The review document is enclosed. <br />The review found items in the permit that need updating, as explained in Part III at <br />the end of the review document. Please submit, a Minor Revision addressing the <br />items by March 1, 2010.
