Cattany <br /> Division Director <br /> Natural Resource Trustee <br />RE: Trapper Mining, Inc., Permit C-81-010 <br />Fourth Quarter 2009 Discharge Monitoring Reports Review <br />Dear Mr. Roberts, <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced report to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The Fourth Quarter Discharge <br />Monitoring Reports were received by the Division on 29 January 2010. The reports cover the time <br />period from 01 October 2009 through 31 December 2009. <br />Three NPDES outfalls discharged during the Fourth Quarter of 2009. Outfalls 001 and 002 discharged <br />routinely throughout the quarter. Outfall 011 discharged in response to fall participation events in <br />October and November. Outfall 011 was sampled for WET analyses during the quarter. No <br />exceedances of WET test limitations were observed. <br />It is noted that no exceedences of primary'effluent limitations occurred during the quarter. <br />If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
