Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />This letter is written, in accordance with Rule 2.08.5(2)(a), to inform the operator of the need to submit a <br />complete permit renewal application for the Terror Creek Loadout. The permit for the Terror Creek <br />Loadout, Permit No. C-1983-059, is due to expire on August 23, 2008. Rule 2.08.5(2)(a) requires that the <br />operator submit a complete application for the renewal of the permit within 180 days of the permit <br />expiration date. Therefore, the due date for the submittal of a complete permit renewal application is <br />February 25, 2008. <br />The minimum requirements for a complete permit renewal application are listed under Rule 2.08.5(2)(b). <br />Failure to submit a complete permit renewal application by February 25, 2008 could result in the loss of <br />the right of successive renewal, which is explained in Rules 2.08.5(1)(a) and 2.08.5(3)(f). <br />Attached is an application form for your submittal.
