A review of the application <br />1) Please clarify if the access road surface disturbance is included in the proposed overall surface <br />disturbance. Please submit the acreage associated with the access road disturbance. <br />2) Please clarify which holes will be plugged and abandoned and which hole will be converted to subsidence <br />and/or water quality monitoring wells. <br />3) . Please describe what methods will be used to prevent cross contamination from one aquifer to another <br />assuming that multiple aquifers will be drilled through during well construction. Please include specific <br />details that describe each step of the well construction. <br />4) Please describe what the expected time frame from start of well drilling to completion. <br />The technical revision cannot be approved until the issues are adequately addressed. Please submit a response to <br />the issues as soon as possible but no later than February 15, 2010, so the decision date of March 25, 2010 can be <br />met.
