Per Rule 2.08.5(3)(f), <br />SCC is submitting a completed application for renewal at least 180 days prior to the permit expiration. <br />Attached are the completed application form (signed), a copy of the Public Notice to be published in the <br />local newspaper, and a copy of the Certificate of Insurance for 2010. <br />As you are aware SCC is in complete reclamation mode with no mining activity occurring.
