Sampling will be limited to the middle facie zone. NOTE: All surface water monitoring has been discontinued since DRMS's approval of the amendment in August 1997 (TR47). Monitoring Wells 22-2L, 22-3M, and 22-3U were added to the monitoring requirements with Permit Revision #6 starting with the 2008-2009 hydrologic year. A-1
