NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has scheduled a Public Meeting to
discuss Permit Revision Application No. 6 (PR-06) for the New Horizon Mine (Permit No. C-
1981-008), submitted by Western Fuels - Colorado, LLC. The meeting will be held on Thursday,
February 18, 2010 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Fire Hall in Nucla.
The New Horizon Mine is a surface coal mining operation in western Montrose County.
