<br />State PROOF OF PUBLICATION <br />NOTICE OF <br />PROPOSED DECISION <br />The Colorado Division of Rec. <br />lamation, Mining and Safety pro., <br />poses to Approve Technical Re- <br />vision Application No. 23 (TR-23) <br />for the Munger Canyon Mine <br />(Permit No. C-1981.020), sub- <br />mitted by CAM Mining, LLC. This <br />revision would incorporate <br />"As-Built" reclamation contours, <br />cross-sections, and ditch/chan- <br />nel specifications into the permit. <br />The Munger Canyon Mine is an <br />underground coal mine located <br />in Garfield County, approxi- <br />mately 18 miles north of Loma, <br />Colorado. Coal interest is Fed- <br />eral, and the surface affected is <br />Private land. The permit area <br />encompasses approximately <br />1,028.00 acres. <br />This proposed decision is based <br />on a findingg that the proposed <br />operation will comply with all re- <br />quirements of the Colorado Sur. <br />face Coal Mining Reclamation <br />Act, Section 34 33 101, at 3eq., <br />C.R.S., and the regulations pro- <br />mulgated thereunder. <br />Copies of the proposed deci- <br />sion, including stipulations, are <br />on file for public inspection at <br />the Colorado Division of Recla- <br />mation, Mining and Safety, Room <br />215, Centennial Building, 1313, <br />Sherman Street, Denver, Colo- <br />rado 80203, and at the Division's <br />Grand Junction Office; 101 South <br />3rd, Suite 301, Grand Junction, <br />Colorado, 81501'. Persons with <br />an Interest that may be ad- <br />ve.rsely affected by the pro. <br />posed decision may request a <br />formal hearing before the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board on the <br />proposed decision.
